Domestic zinc concentrate TCs remained steady this past week at 5,300-5,500 yuan per tonne (Zn 50%, zinc content, price to factory), with some quotes at a low 5,200 yuan, SMM data show.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 24 (SMM) - Domestic zinc concentrate TCs remained steady this past week at 5,300-5,500 yuan per tonne (Zn 50%, zinc content, price to factory), with some quotes at a low 5,200 yuan, SMM data show.

Some mines were unwilling to produce against low zinc price. Traders also refrained from buying due to market pessimism, SMM finds.
